I have been working at Pet Lovers Centre for more than 1 month now. I am starting to really love what I doing. I don’t see myself as a retail assistance but someone who help the customer to make a better choice for their pet. But I find myself lack of knowledge, some of this knowledge cannot be found in books alone. I had hamsters, rabbit, fishes and tortoise before, so I can really relate such things to those customers who are looking for items for such pets. The problem now is, I never had a dog nor a cat before, it will be hard for me to really relate things to my customers.
